Art Care
Can I touch the artwork directly?
Please avoid direct contact with the painting surface. Oils and moisture from fingers may damage the pigment.
Where should I avoid placing the artwork?
Do not display in environments with high humidity, such as kitchens or bathrooms without ventilation.
How should I clean the painting?
Do not use wet cloths. Use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to gently dust the surface.
Can I expose it to sunlight?
Please avoid direct sunlight to protect the colors and texture.
Display Tips
Do you offer frames?
Our artworks are shipped unframed unless stated. This ensures safer and more affordable international delivery.
How should I display small artworks (A5 and below)?
If you receive a small bonus piece, we suggest using a stand or adhesive pads for display.
Shipping Info
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Special artworks may take up to 72 hours.
How long does international delivery take?
Standard international delivery takes approx. 20–30 business days depending on your country.
Do I get a bonus for larger orders?
Yes! Orders over $200 come with a complimentary A5 mini painting.
Damage Policy
What should I do if the artwork is damaged during shipping?
Inspect the package before signing. If there’s visible damage, refuse to sign and contact us immediately.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind, so we will either refund you in full or help you choose a similar piece.
Refunds & Returns
Can I return or exchange the artwork?
Because all our paintings are hand-painted and unique, we cannot accept returns unless the item was damaged during delivery.
