Art Care

Please avoid direct contact with the painting surface. Oils and moisture from fingers may damage the pigment.

Do not display in environments with high humidity, such as kitchens or bathrooms without ventilation.

Do not use wet cloths. Use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to gently dust the surface.

Please avoid direct sunlight to protect the colors and texture.

Display Tips

Our artworks are shipped unframed unless stated. This ensures safer and more affordable international delivery.

If you receive a small bonus piece, we suggest using a stand or adhesive pads for display.

Shipping Info

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Special artworks may take up to 72 hours.

Standard international delivery takes approx. 20–30 business days depending on your country.

Yes! Orders over $200 come with a complimentary A5 mini painting.

Damage Policy

Inspect the package before signing. If there’s visible damage, refuse to sign and contact us immediately.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind, so we will either refund you in full or help you choose a similar piece.

Refunds & Returns

Because all our paintings are hand-painted and unique, we cannot accept returns unless the item was damaged during delivery.
